4. Shipping & In-Store Pickup

Thank you for shopping with Eternita. We offer standard shipping within the United States and in-store pickup for local customers.

In-Store Pickup

You may select “Pick Up In-Store” during checkout. When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text notification. Pickup is available during business hours at:

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Delays

5. Returns & Exchanges 

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns after 7 business days. However, unused and unopened items may be exchanged within this window if in original condition.
All exchanges must be requested by contacting our support team.
