Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eternita. We take pride in the quality of our skincare products and devices. Due to the hygienic nature of our offerings, we have a strict but fair exchange policy in place to protect the safety of all customers.

⛔ No Refunds After 7 Business Days

Due to health and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds after 7 business days from the delivery or in-store pickup date. This applies to all skincare products, tools, and beauty devices—whether used or unused.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

We gladly offer exchanges within 7 business days if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The request is made within 7 business days of delivery or pickup

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Used or opened skincare products

  • Beauty tools or devices that show signs of use

  • Items marked as Final Sale

💳 Affirm, Klarna & BNPL Orders

Orders placed using Buy Now, Pay Later services (including Affirm and Klarna) are still subject to our 7-day exchange policy.
Your payment plan remains active, even if an item is exchanged. We do not have control over installment schedules, late fees, or BNPL contract terms.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.
